  TeleTicket critical updates, work-arounds, and minor fixes are found here.  Locate fixes and updates in the sections provided below based upon your software release number. Release numbers are provided on the main application under the 'Help>About TeleTicket' menu item.

TeleTicket's knowledgebase and FAQ are under construction at this time.  Please visit soon to utilize this valuable resource.

Updates are provided in one of two methods of installation - Self-extracting executable and InstallShield Update. Self-extracting executables are named Upd301_xxxx.exe where 'xxxx' represents the fix number.  InstallShield updates are named Prod301_xxxx.exe where 'xxxx' represents the release package number.

To apply self-extracting executables:

  1. Download the fix by right-mouse clicking on the link to the fix shown in the tables below. 

  2. Use the 'Save Target As...' option and save to your hard disk

  3. Run the executable by double-clicking on the file that was saved on your hard disk.

  4. The self-extractor will prompt you for the installation path. The default of 'C:/Program Files/EnvSoft/TeleTicket' will be used if you do not override the path.  Only override the path if you changed the default installation path during TeleTicket's installation process.

  5. Click 'OK' and let the update be applied.

  6. Restart the user interface and verify that the fix has solved your problem.

To apply Install Shield updates:

  1. Download the update by right-mouse clicking on the link to the fix shown in the tables below.

  2. Use the 'Save Target As...' option and save to your hard disk.

  3. Run the executable by double-clicking on the file that was saved on your hard disk.

  4. Follow the instructions provided in the install.
