  TeleProfit and CALL@Vantage critical updates, work-arounds, and minor fixes are found here.  Locate fixes and updates in the sections provided below based upon your software release number. Release numbers are provided on the main application under the 'Help>About TeleProfit' menu item.

TeleProfit's knowledgebase and FAQ are under construction at this time.  Please visit soon to utilize this valuable resource.

Updates are provided in one of two methods of installation - Self-extracting executable and InstallShield Update. Self-extracting executables are named Upd301_xxxx.exe where 'xxxx' represents the fix number.  InstallShield updates are named Prod301_xxxx.exe where 'xxxx' represents the release package number.

To apply self-extracting executables:

  1. Download the fix by right-mouse clicking on the link to the fix shown in the tables below. 

  2. Use the 'Save Target As...' option and save to your hard disk

  3. Run the executable by double-clicking on the file that was saved on your hard disk.

  4. Click 'OK' and let the update be applied.

  5. Restart the user interface and verify that the fix has solved your problem.

To apply Install Shield updates:

  1. Download the update by right-mouse clicking on the link to the fix shown in the tables below.

  2. Use the 'Save Target As...' option and save to your hard disk.

  3. Run the executable by double-clicking on the file that was saved on your hard disk.

  4. Follow the instructions provided in the install.

301_0017

Fix call pricing for multi-line interfaces such as a Nortel System 11 that include a null in the middle of the cdr stream. Implementation of multi-level bubble pricing.  SMDR PBX interface could not handle a null (0) character in the cdr audit trail. Implementation of new bubble pricing algorithm.

Call pricing for multi-line interfaces such as a Nortel System 11, NEC, and other 2, 3, and 4-line SMDR records.  SMDR Digit collector did not recognize two-line non-NEC SMDR call records.

301_0015 Call pricing results in 'Unknown' type of call for PBX systems that send outgoing transfer SMDR messages. Specifically addresses Iwatsu and NEC Electra (IPK).  SMDR Digit collector did not recognize the 'OT' character sequence for valid outgoing calls.

301_0014 Call pricing results in 'Unknown' type of call for PBX systems that send extraneous digits in the dialed digits field. Specifically addresses Iwatsu and NEC Electra (IPK).  Local call translation to type of call does not allow for more than 9 digits for 7 digit local dialing patterns. This patch truncates the dialed digits for local calls to 7 digits in such cases.

301_0013 Inserting station numbers sometimes gives 'System Error' Certain installations of MSDE 2000 do not appropriately add default values to database insertions.

UPDATE NOTICE All fixes for Release 3.01 are now contained in version 33.  Free upgrades to version 33 are available. Contact EnvisionSoft for information on this patch release.
